TWEETBOT IPHONE FOR MAC
There’s also a separate Tweetbot for Mac app in the Mac App Store for $9.99. Tweetbot 7 is currently available on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. It works the way a Twitter app should, has impeccable taste in design and quality, and doesn’t have all the useless bells and whistles from the Twitter app.
TWEETBOT IPHONE FULL
It currently costs $0.99 per month or $5.99 per year to make full use of the app, but if that cost is to support the app’s developers and services, I’m on it every year to pay. Have an idea.ĭespite a minor issue here and there, Tweetbot 7 is a great Twitter app that just gets better with age. I fully doubt that the app will enable you to view your timeline from the Tweetbot Apple Watch app (though if you want to view Twitter on your Apple Watch, click here), but there is a way to show your Twitter stats and profile information. If there was one part of the app that I think it should get, it would be the Apple Watch app. To make myself feel better about everything going on in my life, country and social media, I made this look for me pumpkin theme #tweetbot on me #iphone8plus, I mean, the first day of fall is now only 20 days away. “Future Dark” has been used on my part in the past in case of boredom even in winter season. I use other themes throughout the year (all in dark mode) such as the “Pumpkin” theme when the fall and season come, “Republic” for the Christmas and holiday seasons, and “High Contrast Dark” throughout the winter because I I guess snow. In these two new Calm down and all, but I’m still looking forward to the holiday/ #Christmas One. Some might say it’s dumb, but I personally really like it. Every time I open the app, it reminds me that it’s spring again. But with subjects, they help me with the season or time we are in as a country right now.įor example, I currently have a “Chocolate Mint” background going on because we’re in season for spring. You can change the app icon, but I’m not currently interested in doing so. The last part of this app that I will note is its theme. Of course, there are others that allow you to see how many followers you have, recent new followers, and other profile information. One of the widgets can enable users to view their timeline without opening the app, which can be convenient for users out there. These have been gradually rolled out from last year. Widgets are another great addition to Tweetbot. This may be fine if you want to see it on a particular day when your account is performing well, but on other days you may want to look back to see how it has been over the past week. Right now, it only shows the current day’s tweet and follower stats data.

However, I wish it was more customizable so that I can see the data for a different day. While it’s not exactly what it used to be, the fact that it’s back is a nice addition and gives more clarity on daily user tweets and follower data. Other notable aspects of Tweetbot 7 include the ability to do things like picture-in-picture, which was technically in Tweetbot 6 but was not released into the app until later in 2021.Īnother important feature of the app is the return of its stats tab which has been away for a few years due to Twitter API changes.

You tap on a tweet and it gives you the option to respond, retweet, quote the tweet, translate (when needed) and other small features. Design-wise, a Twitter app should look like this and not have as many unnecessary features as the official Twitter app.
